We offer free shipping on orders above:
€65 for EU orders.
€150 for orders outside the EU.
Shipping Times
Italy & EU: Orders are typically shipped the same day if ordered before 12 PM (CET), Monday to Friday. The estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days.
Outside the EU: Orders are typically shipped the same day if ordered before 12 PM (CET), Monday to Friday. The estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.
Orders placed after 12 PM (CET) or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

REFUND
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer. We recommend using a tracked courier for the return shipment, as we are not responsible for any loss or damage to the product during the return transit.
New products must be returned unworn, intact and with all original tags and packaging undamaged. We will not accept returns on items that show signs of use, stains, odors or damage.
Once we have received the returned product and confirmed that it meets the conditions outlined above, we will process a refund for the product amount (excluding any initial shipping costs) within 1 day from the date we receive the return. The refund will be issued via bank transfer or to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping costs are not refundable.
